So been a keen helpful sight to use for ease of of import document signing etc from another location! Only hang upwardly that i feel would/could utilize some easier admission means is when i signed at 1st using the touch screen my own signature means is that for some reason after signing information technology logged it in which is fine only information technology turned information technology vertically not horizontally for my signature to be placed on documents I don't know why it logged information technology this way I kept trying to go in to run into if I could change it could not find a ways to actually change information technology had to offset over simply even at that it was very troublesome trying to figure out how to edit my signature and start over was not an piece of cake access to do so should be correct in that location on the signature screen an edit button start over button to click on actually took me and a broker quite some time researching to find where we can modify this non knowing the site like others may so this was not a friendly user signature modify out constitute it took a while wasted extra fourth dimension not necessary please alter this other words high reviews was fantabulous thanks
Spotty function and support
UPDATE: I received a reply from evolution. That'south a practiced sign. I am updating to four stars. Information technology could benefit from a freehand option and a snail mail field. There is no multiple signer option when they're all in the same room. Those would make a v star app.
I am testing DocuSign as an alternative to SignEasy, which I accept used for years. There is no freehand option on DocuSign. When DocuSign works, it works well. However, the real problem began when I received an electronic mail with a pdf, and DocuSign failed to import it. When I contacted support it took an hour for them to tell me that that'south not how the app works (wrong). If I had not been able to use SignEasy to sign the PDF, it would have been a serious problem for me. I need to be able to rely on a signing platform, and then far I can't rely on DocuSign or SignEasy. This review seems to be the only style to alert DocuSign to the trouble, every bit support was a waste of time.

No longer easy to use. Not happy
This used to be my preferred electronic signing app. Now, not so much. App insists that I'k on "a new device" every time I try to apply my phone to try to DocuSign anything, and insists on sending a verification lawmaking—to the same telephone I've had for several years now. I haven't inverse phones. No new devices.
Then there's the upshot of my name. Fought with the app for several minutes, trying to become it to let me use text to add my full proper name. It insisted on using my eye name every bit my concluding, start and middle names. Finally managed to go it to allow me to add , last, kickoff, middle.
Doesn't permit me to tap where I desire to write or sign. I take to tap, say, "text" and then that appears somewhere and I have to drag it where I desire it. Very tiny and hard to enlarge the box without it closing and I have to beginning over.
Hard to add together checkboxes. App kept telling me I had to "move the page upwards."
From now on, unless this is fixed, I'grand just going to employ this app if forced to do then. Lamentable. Information technology used to be a five star app.
